Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Armonia Store, we are committed to protecting our customers’ rights and providing a clear and fair shopping experience in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

Where applicable under Bahrain law, the consumer may request replacement of the product or return it and receive a refund where the product is defective, does not comply with legally approved specifications, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was contracted.

Where the law requires Armonia Store to bear the relevant costs, such costs will not be charged to the consumer.

2. Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a product different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will take the appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

3. Change of Mind

A return or exchange solely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the product is not automatically required unless provided for by applicable law or the terms of sale published by Armonia Store.

4. Return and Exchange Conditions

Where appropriate for the nature of the product, the product should be returned in its original condition with its accessories and packaging. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

5. Proof of Purchase

We may request the order number, invoice, or other proof of purchase to verify the transaction.

7. Refunds

Customers may first contact Armonia Store regarding any complaint. Consumers also retain the right to contact the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

9. Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any statutory consumer right provided under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
